Everything you need

Everything the night needs

Doors, bidding, and paperwork. Whatever your event involves, it runs on one subscription against one list of people.

Sell tickets online
Set your ticket types and prices, ask whatever you need at checkout, and stop handling cash at a folding table. Buyers pay from any device.
Bidding from every phone
Guests scan the QR code on a printed bid sheet and bid from where they are standing. No app to download, and outbid alerts by text and email.
Check in from any phone
Volunteers scan or search on whatever device is in their pocket. Parents get a text the moment their child is checked in or out.
A display board for the room
Put any TV or laptop on the auction board. Lots rotate, bids appear as they land, and it flips to results the second bidding closes.
Waivers signed in advance
Send a link, collect a real signature, and see who has not signed yet. Guardians can sign for a minor on the same form.
One list of people
Ticket buyers, bidders, and signers are the same attendees. Nothing to export, reconcile, or paste between three different tools.

Ticket Committee is designed for a wide range of small to medium-sized events, including school functions (plays, concerts, sporting events, dances), community gatherings, fundraisers, workshops, local performances, charity events, and more.

Getting started is easy! Simply sign up for an account. Our intuitive interface will guide you through the process of setting up your event, creating tickets, and managing attendees. We also offer helpful resources and support to assist you along the way.

Ticket Committee supports a variety of secure online payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and even offline payment options for attendees. This ensures a smooth and convenient checkout experience.

When an attendee is checked in or out using the web app, our system automatically sends a text message notification to the parent's mobile phone number that was provided during ticket purchase. This provides real-time updates on attendee arrival and departure.

Ticket Committee operates on a yearly subscription basis. Once you subscribe, you'll set up your own Stripe account to process payments. The only fees deducted from ticket sales are those charged by Stripe; Ticket Committee does not take a percentage of your ticket revenue.

Yes. Guests scan a QR code on the printed bid sheet, register with a card on file, and bid from their own phones with no app to download. A display board runs on any TV or laptop in the room and updates live as bids land. When the auction closes, winning cards are charged automatically and you get an end of auction report with every lot, fee, and winner. The silent auction platform fee is 1.2% per winning item, capped at $15 per item, plus Stripe's processing fee. See how silent auctions work.

We provide comprehensive support to our users. We offer a dedicated support team that is available to answer your questions via email. We're committed to ensuring you have a smooth and successful experience with our platform.
