Pricing questions answered

Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per successful card charge. This is Stripe's standard rate and goes directly to them for payment processing. Ticket Committee does not add any additional fees on top of this.

On ticket sales, no: there is no platform fee on any ticket you sell. Silent auctions are the one exception. Silent auctions carry a 1.2% platform fee on each winning item, capped at $15 no matter how high the bidding goes. You choose whether your organization absorbs that fee or the winning bidder covers it at checkout. Everything else, including waivers, messaging, and check-in, is part of the subscription.
