Pricing questions answered

: Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per successful card charge. This is Stripe's standard rate and goes directly to them for payment processing. Ticket Committee does not add any additional fees on top of this.
: Yes! You can sign up for free and explore the platform. You only need to subscribe when you're ready to start selling tickets to your audience.
: If you're not satisfied with Ticket Committee, contact our support team and we'll work with you. We want every customer to be happy with our platform.
: Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be prorated for the remaining time on your current billing cycle.
: Yes. During setup, you'll connect your own Stripe account. This means ticket revenue goes directly to you. Setting up a Stripe account is free and takes just a few minutes.
