Pricing questions answered

Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per successful card charge. This is Stripe's standard rate and goes directly to them for payment processing. Ticket Committee does not add any additional fees on top of this.

Yes! You can sign up for free and explore the platform. You only need to subscribe when you're ready to start selling tickets to your audience.

If you're not satisfied with Ticket Committee, contact our support team and we'll work with you. We want every customer to be happy with our platform.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be prorated for the remaining time on your current billing cycle.

Yes. During setup, you'll connect your own Stripe account. This means ticket revenue goes directly to you. Setting up a Stripe account is free and takes just a few minutes.
