Signed with a finger on a phone or a mouse on a laptop, not a typed name in a box. The signature image is stored with the record.
A parent can sign for a child
A parent signs for their child and records their relationship. With group signing, one signature can cover the whole family, and each person is checked in on their own.

Name and email come as standard. Everything else is yours to add, reorder, and mark required: allergies, an emergency contact, a jersey size, a date of birth, a photo release.

Confirm a signature in seconds
Search by name, or scan the QR code from the signer's confirmation email with the device camera. Marking somebody verified records the time and which staff member did it.
