Why Ticket Committee exists
It started with one After Prom
Ticket Committee began as the tool I built to run the After Prom in Springboro, Ohio. We needed to sell tickets, check students in at the door, and let parents know the moment their kid arrived and left.
The ticketing tools out there wanted a percentage of every ticket and were built for venues with a box office, not a committee of volunteers. So I built what that committee needed.
It worked, and it grew into a platform for any organization that runs its own events: nonprofits and galas, chambers and civic clubs, churches, small venues, rec leagues, and schools.
It is still one flat yearly price with no platform fees on ticket sales. And when you email us, you hear back from the people who build it.

Brian built the first version of Ticket Committee to sell tickets and run the door for the Springboro After Prom, where checking students in and texting parents as each one arrived and left needed a tool made for volunteers, not a box office.
He still writes the code and reads the support inbox, so the organizers using Ticket Committee are the ones shaping what gets built next.
