5k Race begins at 9:00 am- at the corner of W. Mill St. and S. Main St.
Packet Pickup:
Thursday, November 20, 2025 - 5 pm - 7 pm. @ WARPED WING 25 Wright Station Way, Springboro OH 45066
Saturday, November 22, 2025 - Registration and packet pickup begins at 7:30 am at the Beer Tent (Located on the corner of S Main & W State St)
Awards: Top Overall Male & Female, Prizes for 1st place male & female in each category. Medals for 1st 475 Registered!
Divisions: 9 & under, 10-14,15-19, 20-24,25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over.
Awards & refreshments immediately following race @ Beer Tent - Don't forget your complimentary beverage ticket for post-race beverage
All proceeds benefit Operation Santa, Springboro Community Assistance Center, The Pantry & Warren County Children's Services

Important Information Regarding Race Items (Transparency)
The number of medals and swag bags was based on past years' registration data.
Medals had to be ordered 8 weeks in advance.
Many sponsor-supplied items for the swag bags had to be ordered 6+ weeks ahead.
To receive a race t-shirt, you had to register prior to November 1st. Race t-shirts are no longer available.
Guaranteed Race Items
Medals: Guaranteed for the first 475 registrations. These will be included in your swag bags. (We have 475 medals total). As of 11/4 9:45PM we have over 475 registrations.
Full Swag Bags (including medal): Guaranteed for the first 400 registrations.
All other runners will receive festival-supplied swag items, including a free drink ticket. We are proud to offer these items without increasing our entrance fees!
