By placing a bid, you agree to the following:

Eligibility — Open to attendees of The Annual Meeting & Gala. Bidders must be 18 or older.

Bids are binding — All bids are final and may not be withdrawn. The highest bid at close wins.

Payment — Your payment method will be automatically charged within 15 minutes of the auction closing. By bidding, you authorize this charge.

All sales final — Items are sold as-is. No refunds or exchanges. Estimated values are provided by donors and are not guaranteed.

Fees - Processing fees will be automatically added to the charge amount. The bidder pays the fees on top of their winning bid.

Unclaimed items — Items not picked up within 7 days of the event are forfeited.

Disputes — Springboro Chamber of Commerce staff has final say on all disputes.
