Waiver Agreement

RELEASE, WAIVER OF LIABILITY, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE
Participant desires to participate in Ticket Committee Launch Event ("Program") hosted by Ticket Committee("Organization").

Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that participation in the Program involves risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, illness (including COVID-19), death, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with the Program.
Release of Liability: I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Organization, its officers, officials, agents, and employees ("Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising out of or related to my participation in the Program, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES.
Medical Consent: I grant permission to Organization to take emergency measures, including, but not limited to, calling for medical treatment or transporting me to a medical facility.
Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver of liability, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue.
